Group classes for Pymble children

Many of our families come from Pymble. For younger children, a group class is often the easiest place to start. Children are placed with others of a similar age and level, and each course leads into the next, with ISM books and worksheets written for that age.

Beeboppers 3 year oldsSinging, movement and percussion, with a parent joining in each week.
Junior Course 4 to 6 yearsGroup piano with a digital piano for every child, plus rhythm and reading.
Primary Course From 7 yearsKeyboard and percussion ensembles, playing along with band and orchestral tracks.
Intermediate Course Junior Course graduatesThe next step for children who have finished the Junior Course.
Extension Course From 9 yearsRepertoire in every style with a technical program, in 60 minute classes.
How the courses work

One on one, at any age

Private lessons have no minimum age, and we teach teenagers and adults too. Choose from piano, guitar, singing, violin, drums, bass guitar, clarinet, saxophone, cello and more, for 30, 45 or 60 minutes a week. Some students do both: a group class for the foundations and a private lesson on a second instrument.

See the full list on our private lessons page. Students who want a goal can work towards AMEB exams, and students can perform at our annual concerts.

Best Sydney music school for children without doubt. We have an amazing teacher, with personal approach to each of the students during group classes, as well as running the group with excellent dynamics and attention to everyone. Great program, carefully created to keep kids interested and progress week by week. Sincere thanks for such a professional environment.
