How terms work
Weekly through the term
Private lessons and group classes run once a week through each term, Monday to Sunday. Your weekly time is confirmed at your free trial.
Fees before each term
Term fees are invoiced by email in advance of each term and are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Stopping lessons
If you'd like to stop lessons, we need at least four weeks' written notice.
If you miss a lesson
- Private lessons: with at least 24 hours' notice, one makeup lesson per term can be arranged, subject to teacher availability.
- Group classes: students may attend another class in the same week if there is one at the same level.
Missed lessons aren't refunded. Our payment terms have the full details, and our FAQs answer the other common questions.
Starting mid term
You don't have to wait for a new term. Book a free trial lesson for private lessons, or send us a group class enquiry and we'll find a class for your child. Fees are confirmed at your free trial.
